How to Return an Item
Start Your Return

Pack Your Items
Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible, including all tags and accessories.
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid return label or ship to our returns address. Keep your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund

Your Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period". We are committed to ensuring your rights are protected and making the returns process as simple as possible.
Return Timeframes
- 14 days: Standard cooling-off period for change of mind returns
- 30 days: Extended returns period during holiday seasons (check announcements)
- 12 months: For faulty or defective products
- Please note: The 14-day period starts from the day after you receive your goods
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- All original tags and packaging should be intact where possible
- Items should be returned within the applicable return period
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt)
- Sale items and personalised products may have different return conditions
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Sealed items that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been clearly used or damaged after delivery
- Digital products once downloaded or accessed
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original delivery charges are refundable if the entire order is returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs you have incurred. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and availability of your preferred item.
Return Shipping
- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- For faulty or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- Keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed
